How will you contribute?
As a member of our Human Resources (HR) team, you will play a key role in ensuring that clients have a unique and positive experience when interacting with HR to obtain information and services.
Reporting to the Supervisor, HR Service Centre and Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for day-to-day activities of the HR Service Centre by delivering highly professional, timely and first-rate client services in inquiry management and executing HR transactions.

The general public to staff one (1) indeterminate full-time position in the Human Resources Directorate.
This selection process may be used to staff determinate or indeterminate positions at the same level with similar requirements.

Prerequisites
- Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources or a related field OR an acceptable combination of education, and relevant experience;
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience responding to HR related enquiries and providing advice and recommendations to clients;
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience providing HR support including managing, analyzing and processing data and reports;
- Experience using Microsoft Excel;
- Experience with Unit4 considered an asset;
- Demonstrated ability to operate within a service centre environment;
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of the various human resources disciplines and how they interrelate.
